Description

• Ensuring that client information login details/database are kept up to date.
• Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers via E-Invoicing portals.
• Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of uploaded Invoices.
• Tracking Invoices under query and ensuring that the queries are timely resolved and cash flow into the company within timely manner
• Reporting issues or irregularities to the team manager on regular basis and providing solutions to it.
• Fixing Invoicing and PO errors on customer portals by deliberately acting and troubleshooting the errors independently and tracking them for resolution, setting up new Customer portals.
• Liaising with the relevant department and ensuring that Invoices are timely uploaded on customer portals.
• Handling clients' and Internal stakeholders’ queries.
• Initiating new procedures for Invoicing and providing process Improvements on regular basis
• Should be team player and keen to learn new things proactively and drive/initiating new changes within the team effectively and efficiently
• proficiency in E-Invoicing Portals Ariba, Coupa, Amazon etc.
• Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Excel, Advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills – Written and Verbal.
• Exposure to E-Invoicing via Robotics will be an added advantage
• Should be able to drive the new transitions and creating SOPs
Analytical Mindset for following activities:
• Resolving any issues on portals to ensure timely uploads of Invoices
• Prompt solutions to expected issues and query emails to internal stake holders
• Effective Support to the AR team
• Providing process Improvement ideas through advance excel or robotics
• Must have good reporting skill and data representation
• Must have good and impactful communication skills
• Collaborate internally to ensure queries are timely resolved
• Strong people and customer service skills, advocate positive working relationships among internal and external customers
• Preferred to have good knowledge of creating Macros

Qualifications

4 to 6 years of work experience
- B. Com Graduate
- Working experience in AR Domain with E-Invoicing and must have good knowledge of OTC
- Preferred experience in Oracle, D365, Netsuite
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to embrace technology and change
- Well-organized, extreme attention to detail and a self-directed individual
