Daily responsibilities will include serving as an assistant to our Partner Alliance Management team, working closely with them, day-to-day confirming that all new partner business related activity is documented and updated within our business systems. The ideal candidate is highly professional and personable with a good business sense and excellent business communications skills are required as you will be interacting with our partners, relaying and gathering important time sensitive business information and building trusted relationships. This position may offer future career advancement opportunities into partner relationship management roles. We will support your efforts fully with training and mentoring whenever needed. The success of our partner decision making, and strategy development depends highly on our data and sales reporting to be current and accurate. This position is vital to the success and growth of our partner program.

Responsibilities Include:
• Managing Partner access processes for your assigned partners to gain access to customer environments in WST
• Partner Salesforce System Management-Updating our partner activities, referrals, time entry, reconciling partner invoices monthly, etc.
• Partner Business Process Management- Collection of data and reporting processes
• Assist with partner services resourcing for Time & Materials projects, including preparation of work orders, welcome emails introducing partners to our activation teams, etc.
• Working with Partners to determine when their fixed fee and T&M projects are complete and closing the tasks once all hours are entered.
• Helping partners with training signup needs- especially new Partners to get certified ASAP
• Partner Support- Archive management and retrieval of partner one-off requests for documents that may be kept in Box/UltiHome/Other places behind the firewall
• Service request entry support/tracking
• Support incoming calls from USG sales and customers who need partner engagement- help coordinate, document and track these communications.
• Participation on partner bi-weekly and monthly calls, taking notes and addressing any access/operations related questions.
• Miscellaneous administrative support as deemed appropriate

Qualifications

• College Degree a plus - Bachelor Degree in accounting or other quantitative business discipline
• Minimum 2-3 year’s experience working in an accounting (g. staff accountant, AP clerk, etc.)/operational support role in a business environment
• Familiarity with spreadsheet (Excel, Sheets), Salesforce.com and PSA systems are a plus
• Ability to work evening hours and weekends, as required to meet deadlines

• Extremely high energy level with the ability to manage a large volume of daily tasks without being overwhelmed
• Able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Comfortable with quickly changing directions to work on immediate deliverables
• Proven follow-up skill set
• Extremely proactive, with the ability to work independently and with supervision
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations in a highly professional manner
• Organized, detail oriented, accurate, and responsive
• Team player: collaborative, seeks input, accepts and incorporates feedback from others, and freely offers assistance
• Very strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Expertise with all MS Office applications: (managing emails, building spreadsheets, drafting business emails/documents, updating Salesforce, etc.)
