Description & Qualifications


To support UKG global growth, the International Marketing Department of UKG HR Service Delivery is looking for an Intern based in the Paris office.

The ideal candidate will assist the Western Europe Marketing team in developing, planning, organizing and executing multichannel marketing programs that generate new leads & prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales, customer and partner teams for a Western Europe scope: France, Belgium, Spain, Italy and Portugal (main focus on France). This role will help  drive marketing demand generation strategy across programs and campaigns - including UKG and 3rd party events, webinars, online campaigns, email – all designed to drive demand and deliver marketing-qualified new leads for the Western Europe business.  

This role will allow you to:
• Design marketing campaigns with emailing programs
• Create content, email campaigns and review presentations
• Organize webinars, from set-up to recruitment to follow-up 
• Put forward proposals for campaign improvement each quarter (recommendation of modifications to improve marketing KPIs such as open rate or click rate e.g. change email subject line, add or modify emails, change features etc.) 
• Assist with the coordination of logistics (signage, catering, badges, registration list, animations, internal participation) accordingly to the Field Marketing Lead requirements 
• Find locations and speakers for events and participating in discussions around Field Marketing Strategy.


Mastery of the Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint)
French, English (full professional proficiency) 
Organized, rigorous, synthetic, open-minded, and willing to work in a multi-cultural marketing team.
