Within the Transformation Organization, the Business Data & Analytics Operations (BDAO) organization is responsible for an enterprise data strategy, analytics and insights to enable exceptional customer and employee experiences (CX + EX) and steer UKG decisions on growth, retention, and operational agility.

BDAO is organized around three key pillars to achieve business objectives:
• Planning & Strategic Analytics: Define organization roadmap priorities, and drive strategic analytics programs from Discovery through Adoption
• Data Strategy: Define and implement ONE end-to-end UKG data strategy, governance and data foundational capabilities
• Data Science & Engineering: Perform advanced data modeling techniques within a robust intelligence environment

Each BDAO pillar participates in a structured operating model to discover, define, pilot, enable and operationalize strategic programs, partnering closely with business and IT experts across the full customer journey. Cross-functional engagement is essential to ensure objectives and priorities are well understood to focus on the processes, data, insights and technology that are most critical for Marketing, Sales, Services, Support, Cloud Operations, Customer Success, Renewals, Product, Finance and IT to be successful from the inside out.

The Role
As an Enablement and User Adoption Analyst on the BDAO Team, you will be focused on the design, implementation and execution of Enablement deliverables for assigned projects, that ensure cross-functional stakeholders trust and see value in the insights and analytic enterprise solutions delivered. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall Enablement and User Adoption strategy and prioritize, plan, and execute against a defined roadmap.
This individual contributor will partner both internally across our team and with technical and non-technical teams across the entire customer lifecycle (Sales > Renewal) and is responsible for all aspects of Enablement Activities for BDAO programs that drive cross team collaboration, increase employee efficiency, improve employee satisfaction and support UKG in achieving its strategic initiatives. This individual ensures all impacted audiences have awareness of, understand, use, and adopt new data, metrics, analytical insights, and analytic intelligence solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Develop Communication Plans that drive awareness for all strategic initiatives (both internally to our team & externally to business stakeholders)
• Translate complex customer insights and intelligence into content that is consumable, easy to understand and impactful to both technical and non-technical audiences through creative storytelling
• Research best practices, craft, and edit enablement collateral that meet the needs of a variety of functional audiences
• Participate in User Acceptance Training sessions to ensure user story business requirements are met and leveraged for training materials for Enterprise System Roadmap Initiatives
• Support the development of Data Literacy Curriculum that drives awareness and trust of customer insights and intelligence across UKG
• Support & lead as ad hoc data-driven culture events that grow organizational enthusiasm, like the Analytics Meet-up and other informal sessions as needed
• Partner with appropriate cross-functional teams to deliver and deploy trainings
• Monitor the usage & adoption analytic intelligence solutions
• Provide enablement to Business Data and Analytic Operations business processes and operating rhythm

Skills/Expertise
• Superb written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable presenting to groups
• Creativity using PowerPoint when story-telling
• Curious, engaged and a people person
• Strong organization & time management skills
• Ability to relate to and assist individuals at all levels of data literacy
• Capability to distill technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience in understanding data and analytics terminology and methodology is a plus
• 3-5 years of teaching/training in a corporate environment

Highly Organized and able to project manage to anticipate roadblocks, juggle priorities & meet deadlines
