Description

The Application Consultant is a key implementation resource, responsible for analyzing customer business processes and integrating and modifying our solution to meet customer needs. They follow Kronos implementation methodology which includes Kick Off, Discovery, Build, Testing and Cutover of the solution, whilst guiding the customer through each step and consulting on the best way to achieve the customer’s objectives and have the solution providing value as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities:
Your superior customer focus coupled with your experience working with client/server and/or Web Based technologies will ensure your success in this role.

The successful candidate will be:
•Consulting and implementing our Workforce Ready solution. Developing solutions using the Kronos workforce management software that meets customer requirements
•Facilitating workshops to identify requirements, documenting the requirements and developing prototypes to use to confirm requirements back to the customer
•Assisting the customer with testing, understanding the solution and hand holding (application orientation) during handover of the system
•Consulting customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures
•Communicating with customers in a timely, professional manner and escalating issues to the Project Manager as necessary

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills, attributes, and experience.
•Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Proven experience working with integration or implementations of Cloud based systems
•Excellent technical understanding of Operating Systems, networking technologies, software applications and communication protocols
•Must be a self-starter and willing to work independently without daily supervision
•Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
