Description & Qualifications


1. Responsible for design activities throughout the project for Cloud Native SaaS based software solution

2. Taking key design decisions for the technology, structure and configuration of the system to build a best-in-class software with focus on security, performance and highly responsive user experience.

3. Work in a highly visible role and driving the overall architecture and design of Kronos' s Next Generation product.
4. Work on identifying the architectural improvements needed in the front end stack.
5. Adopt new and emerging technologies to provide solutions to the needs.
6. Handles the architecture and high level design for products, and contributes to architecture and high level design across products.
7. Provides in-depth subject matter expertise in related domain areas
8. Ensures adherence of the development team to the architectural vision and high level design of the product
9. Provides accurate inputs into effort estimation that helps determine project costs
10. Works as a guide and independently sets directions for medium sized projects, in order to provide a complete end-to-end solution of the product


• Bachelors/Masters in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent experience with excellent academics from some reputed college
• Minimum of 15+ years software development experience in a fast-paced environment, working through all phases of the software development life cycle
• Possess extensive design portfolios showing high proficiency in any Java based development technologies for SaaS and Multi-Tenant solution
• Strong exposure for highly reliable, scalable, secure and decoupled solution
• Strong exposure of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery process (CI/CD).
• Create and maintain guidelines, standards, and development processes for user-centric products.
• Experience in detailed analysis, feasibility studies, performance analysis and prototyping.
• Experience in developing Software application for Multiplatform development.
• Experience in object oriented programming and design, Service oriented architecture and design patterns.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
• • Experience with the full software development life cycle, including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities
• Aptitude for learning and applying programming concepts
• Prior experience with agile methodologies and scrum practices, including continuous integration and TDD, is a plus.
• Team-oriented, meticulous, rigorous, attention to details, strong customer focus
• Excellent communication skills
