Job Summary
UKG is a leading provider of Human Capital and WorkForce Management solutions. Product suite is inclusive of Human Resources, Payroll, Talent Management, Time Management and more; for organizations of all sizes.
We are currently seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual to assist with applying upgrade or patch packages provided by our development teams, to our customers hosted environments.
The position requires an individual that can thrive with minimal supervision, in an environment that can be somewhat stressful, due to the time constraints we our bound by in our customer contracts for performing our product maintenance tasks.

This is a PT (part-time) position, 28 hours per week, over night hours from 11pm EST - 6am EST, Mon-Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Upgrade our suite of products on a weekly, bi-monthly, monthly and quarterly basis (depending on the product) across all of our hosted environments
• Apply patches to customer environments on a weekly or bi-monthly basis
• Apply custom feature packages to specific clients on a weekly basis

• A degree in either Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science is preferred.


Required Qualifications/Skills:
• Ability to navigate in Windows-based operating systems
• Proficient in Microsoft’s Office suite of products
• Basic PC and Server hardware knowledge and familiarity
• Candidates should ideally hold 2 years’ experience in Information Technology
• Adaptable to a flexible work schedule. Weekend work is required at for 1.5 months in Spring and Fall. Amounts to three months, or 10 nights total per calendar year.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
• Technical aptitude – ability to quickly grasp and understand system functionality and architecture at a technical level
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft IIS, .NET architecture and Citrix. PowerShell familiarity is a plus.
