Description & Qualifications


A new opportunity as Associate Manager Professional Services. We are looking for an individual to fulfil the newly created post of Associate Manager working Directly to the Sr Mgr. Professional Services Consulting UK.

• Drive consistency and repeatability of project delivery across the Practice providing support to the project Management team as required
• Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction including managing customer escalations as required
• Accurately forecast project staffing needs across the Practice and work closely with the Resource Manager Sr Mgr. Professional Services Consulting and to staff projects while maximising overall staff utilisation
• Directly manage your team of Consultants and Partners, inspire them to achieve their best, and provide on-going career development/mentoring
• Assist in hiring and interviewing both direct and partner new hires as necessary. Be responsible for managing the onboarding of those hires for which you are responsible and ongoing coaching and mentoring
• Be responsible for the performance of the allocated team and completion/delivery of Annual Performance and Salary Reviews
• Identify and implement key improvement initiatives that result in efficiencies and innovations that benefit external and internal stakeholders
• Directly assist in Pre-Sales activities and provide support to UKG Service Architects as required


• Minimum of 5 years WFM experience and have previously Managerial or Supervisory experience
• Ambitious experienced professional services leader with proven customer-facing skills, strong leadership and consulting skills and enterprise software experience
• Understanding of professional services operations, including performance benchmarks/levers, resource deployment, staff development, and partner management
• Business-minded leader with the ability to understand technical situations and have an executive-level presence and credibility with customers
• Demonstrated experience in people/team management and communication skills
• Knowledge of the Workforce Management
• Ability to travel as needed
