Description & Requirements


Associate Manager Test/Technology Manager will be a member of a Global Technology Services Team and will have the following responsibilities:

• Directly lead, support team, individuals to achieve GTTS contribution goals by ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner, addressing or guiding resources through issue resolutions with a strong customer focus
• Communicate service offerings of GTSS & ability to discuss on testing technology considerations and solutions
• Develop processes and procedures to support team deliverables resulting in an efficient and consistent manner improving the overall customer experience internally and externally
• Prioritization, collaboration, lead or participate in corporate, cross functional initiatives representing GTTS
• Escalation and resolution management to ensure customer issues are actioned, addressed and support provided to keep projects moving a forward manner
• Initiate, identify, create and implement new service offerings for GTTS as Testing/Technology gaps, business opportunities and market dictate
• Track team and individual contributor goals, training, contribution
• Adherence to Organization and team compliance; training, utilization, deliverables, accountability
• Focus, communicate UKG strategy, vision and each resource’s purpose, impact and responsibility as it relates to their position, career short-term/long-term


• 3 - 5 years’ experience in Software Development / Testing
• 2 - 3+ years’ experience leading, developing a team or mentoring
• Demonstrated ability to lead a cross geographical team
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and define solutions, issues at all knowledge and business levels
• Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and collaborate internally and externally
• Dimensions/Pro product (functional, technical and testing) experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
