Job Responsibilities include:

• Work as a strategic business partner with the Sales Leadership Team
• Mentor and develop all team members
• Ensure the team is versed and trained in all processes pertaining to the preparation and execution of customer facing documentation
• Generate and maintain reports in support of the business
• Monitor and provide input regarding budget for support staff, travel, training, overtime and other operational requirements
• Provide ongoing feedback to ensure up-to-date processes and best practices are maintained
• Onboard new Sales Executives to work efficiently with Sales Operations
• Think creatively and analytically to address complex business scenarios with urgency.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years leadership or comparable experience
• Innovative thinker willing to challenge the status quo, and driven to make a difference
• Ability to build strategic relationships with all levels in the organization
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Must be flexible to travel as required
• Associates degree preferred: BS/BA a plus
• Must support month end and quarter end close schedules
