UKG is looking for an early career Associate Quality Developer to join its world-class, engineering team. You will play a key role in the development of our products, in a highly collaborative, agile environment. We work in small teams with daily stand-ups, regular releases, and a culture of ownership.

This role provides the opportunity to:

• Develop and maintain UI, API, and Hardware Test Automation.
• Decompose requirements and user scenarios into test scenarios and test cases.
• Contribute to the estimation of work and create a test plan that aligns with project deliverables.
• Learn the domain of the application and become a subject matter expert for assigned task areas.
• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to diagnose and triage production issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering
• 1 year of hands-on development experience or relevant internship experience
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Junit and Test NG
• Understanding of relational databases
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter
