Associate UI & UX Designer

UKG is looking for an early career UI & UX Designer to join its world-class, engineering team. You will play a key role in the development of our products, in a highly collaborative, agile environment. We work in small teams with daily stand-ups, regular releases, and a culture of ownership.

This role provides the opportunity to:

• Translate strategy, business requirements and usability best practices into high-quality, designs that support and reinforce UKG’s product vision, brand, and business objectives
• Create user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity user interface design for all devices
• Collaborate with other designers to properly define product design requirements definition
• Apply interaction design tools and techniques to create rapid prototyping
• Apply user testing methodologies to evaluate and/or observe early user experience concepts
• Perform daily design tasks, and assist your product team with user acceptance testing and timely iterations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related discipline
• 1 year of hands-on development experience or relevant internship experience
• Knowledge of user-centric design methodologies
• Experience using Sketch, Abstract and Figma
• Strong communication skills
• Self starter
