Job Summary:
The Benefit Specialist I performs North American benefit-related functions, including providing ongoing operational support for UKG Inc.’s customers who utilize the UKG Pro Benefit Administration product offering. This position requires an energetic, detail-oriented individual that can follow process documents and demonstrate innovation for process improvement.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Perform operational tasks related to the overall lifecycle of the Benefits Administration product
• Meet established service level agreements of timelines and quality of work
• Effectively follow instruction of pre-established guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Convey information effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals at various levels of the organization
• Ongoing Daily and Open Enrollment assistance and task execution
• Establish integration between respective products
• Complete assigned tasks timely and with quality, meeting established service level agreements
• Maintain discretion and professionalism with team members


Required Qualifications:
• Technical aptitude – ability to quickly grasp and understand system functionality
• Quickly and easily adapts to change and shifting priorities with enthusiasm
• Understands priorities and what is most important
• Eagerly meets business opportunities and challenges head-on
• Detail oriented, exhibiting strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite of software to include Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems through effective communication
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent, three to five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of North American benefits
