Description & Qualifications

Description

• Performing Implementation activities and tasks related to configuration of UKG benefits administration systems
• Meet established service level agreements of timelines and quality of work
• Complete assigned project tasks as outlined in Client Project Plan
• Preliminary data review, data conversion load and discrepancy resolution
• Understands implementation methodologies
• Works on project assignments with some coaching and mentoring
• May collaborate on customer communications and attend customer meetings with some coaching and mentoring
• Understands available resources and performs due diligence to attempt to solve problems
• Working with the Lead Implementation Consultants on simultaneous customer projects to meet UKG and team goals for Go Lives
• Backup to Lead Implementation Consultants as point of contact for customers
• Grab project tasks from 'Collaboration Board' to help drive team projects forward while learning all HCM/Benefits systems functionality and gaining industry and consulting experience
• Recognizes and articulates need for documentation updates and process improvements; prepares documentation with coaching
• Participates in team meetings, progressing to comfort level for speaking up
• May provide training/mentoring on an area of expertise

Qualifications

Experience installing configuring and implementing HCM/Benefits Systems and/or HRIS & Payroll
• software systems
• Knowledge of logical, rules-based software systems
• Knowledge of HCM/Benefits systems, including configuration and processing
• Ability to interpret basic customer requirements and set up HCM/Benefits Systems with little guidance
• Basic understanding of US benefit plans, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Life and Disability Plans, Accident and Critical Illness Plans, other ancillary benefits, and processes
• Experience of working in project-based environments
• Basic understanding of Global Delivery Services and UKG benefits administration offerings
• A Bachelor's Degree (B.C.A./B.Sc./B.E.) or equivalent work experience for other degrees
• 3 to 5+ years of experience working in configuration and implementation of US benefits administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Open to work in India night shifts (EST hours)
• Commitment to excellence and high standards; demonstrates the ability to hold self and others accountable for delivered work
• Able to work on complex projects after ramp up, with little coaching
• Experience handling difficult or sensitive situations in a professional, timely, and thorough manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong multitasking skills
• Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite of software to include Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
