UKG has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Data Analyst to accelerate the market awareness and adoption of UKG related analytics concepts. The individual is responsible for analyzing customer data to find and to communicate opportunities that will make a meaningful impact on the customer's business, and within UKG’s business. This is a technical and customer-facing role, which will allow you to grow your career in multiple dimensions. The successful candidate will make a meaningful difference to the UKG customers, their employees, and to UKG itself. Our team is a small group of enthusiastic, supportive, and innovative high performers.

• Analyze customer data through existing and new approaches including statistical analysis and visualizations.
• Innovate in new areas of workforce and HR effectiveness using data to improve a customer’s business.
• Communicate findings effectively and persuasively, to technical and executive level audiences.
• Work with many diverse departments throughout UKG to develop marketing collateral based around statistical analyses and insight.
• Demonstrate UKG human capital and workforce management product knowledge.
• Work both independently and cooperatively, depending on the project.
• Consult with customers to optimize their existing processes using analytics, and predictive capabilities.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining organization and prioritization.


• Minimum 2 years experience SQL and data wrangling skills
• Demonstrated rigorous and logical thinking, such as an undergraduate degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, operations research, or another technical field
• Strong communication and client management skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of statistics and analytical methods
• Programming experience. Python or R is preferred
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, Cognos, Data Studio, MicroStrategy, Looker etc.) is preferred
