Our Business Development Representatives help our business growth by generating high-quality sales leads and building strong relationships with high level decision makers. In this role you will lead conversations to establish needs, recommend solutions and set meetings for the field sales team.

You will:

• Generate high-quality leads through cold calling and online prospecting
• Collaborate with your colleagues in the marketing team to drive outbound sales campaigns that generate new leads, nurture existing leads and identify upsell opportunities in existing accounts where appropriate
• Conduct research on LinkedIn and online to build up the pipeline with C-Level HR contacts
• Work with field sales team to set appointments with highly qualified prospects as well as conduct account mapping, research and contact discovery for target accounts
• Track daily lead, opportunity and account activity in Salesforce and manage the database so that it is always up to date, and has an accurate forecast of lead opportunities and status.

Qualifications

• You will have inside sales experience and proven success in lead generation
• Have a consistent record of overachieving sales quotas and goals
• Experience in SaaS/Cloud solutions and understanding of the HR market is preferable, but not critical
• You will have a creative approach at prospecting for B2B customers
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Hubspot or experience using other CRM systems
• Fluent in German and English
