This role aims to help give insights to an individual aiming to create a career in marketing and sales. Reporting to the Central European BDR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our BDR team in creating leads and converting them into qualified sales opportunities. You will work closely with marketing, BDR and sales to define and develop plans to approach accounts accordingly to our sales funnel strategy. You will also be involved in our database management for your territory, dealing with inbound leads. From systems to marketing tactics to day-to-day prospect interactions, you will have an overview of the sales & marketing functions to prepare for your future. In this role at UKG, you will gain the training and knowledge as well as day-to-day support to launch you into your career as a true industry professional.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Research customers and identify decision makers of potential prospects.
• Learn how to perform high volume prospecting/calling into multiple organizations via cold calling, e-mail, and LinkedIn networking to build and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
• Learn how to interact with prospects (articulate capabilities and advantages, manage and overcome prospects’ objections).
• Develop the skills necessary to profile, qualify and schedule appointments with key decision makers.
• Support the Business Development team by supplementing data sets, creating campaign content, and managing some ad hoc operational aspects of the job (lead routing, reporting projects, etc).
• Work closely with our Business Development, Account Executives and Marketing teams to support prospecting campaigns.
• Use tools like,, and LinkedIn to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information for customers and prospects.


• You are a last year student (or you’re looking for a 2y internship)
• Interest in tech, with great communication skills
• You ideally have previous experience in sales (internship)
• Fluency in German (English and Dutch a strong plus)
• You have a strong drive to succeed and are passionate about building relationships
• Hands-on mentality paired with a high motivational spirit

Preferred Qualifications:
• Preparing a university degree or comparable in Marketing, Management, Sales or any other related field
