UKG is looking for a Strategy Analyst to join the Business Operations team in South Florida.

As a Strategy Analyst, you will gather and analyze operational procurement data for the Technology and Innovation (T&I) organization.
The strategy analyst will oversee the intake of all technology and staff augmentation requests through multiple intake processes.
You will be expected to develop and enhance current business processes to provide structure, analysis, and reporting on the status of all procurement activities.
Insights from the Strategy Analyst will be vital in prioritization and execution of daily operations inside of T&I.



• Collaborate with business leadership to understand management objectives and to identify relevant requirements for procurement.
• Develop models and/or create processes for forecasting spend of requested technologies and staff augmentation.
• Set parameters and requirements for data to be gathered; validate collected data through statistical testing and independent judgement.
• Analyze and report on business KPIs, utilizing SharePoint for internal visibility.
• Work with other departments to help roll out and test new initiatives and processes.
• Communicate up, down, and cross functionally with internal partners to ensure ownership, goals, and deliverables are clear and managed.
• Apply validation and testing models to data.
• Based on data analysis, assist with and/or create, develop, and implement business methods and procedures for operational efficiency and reporting
• Prepare and distribute or deliver reports that identify, explain, and evaluate problems and available solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Data Analysis, or related field + 1-5 years of experience
• Advanced Excel abilities
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to think operationally, understand and map business processes, and design workflow systems
• Mathematical skills with the ability to create and conduct simulation models, data reduction and trend analysis

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
• Experience with Excel Models
• Experience with relational databases and SQL knowledge
