Description

The Business Program Manager – Global Methodology will be the Strategic Design Team lead for our global methodologies, including a specific focus on Global Payroll and the One View Suite. The Business Program Manager is a strategic business partner that will work collaboratively with the delivery leadership team, stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define the strategy, document the processes, and act as the owner of the end-to-end methodologies that comprise our UKG global delivery. This role will also work to prioritize, manage, and govern the initiatives related to our global delivery, acting as a stakeholder and strategist to align outcomes to our business objectives. This role will also partner with stakeholders and field resources to ensure that processes are documented in project map that align to our methodology and that enable global services teams to execute their work to deliver our solutions in an efficient manner. The role will work closely with our One View product delivery owners and EPIC colleagues to ensure that our methodology stays up to date with the latest changes and in conjunction with our Go-To-Market strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Document and manage the end-to-end processes for the delivery of our global products, including but not limited to One View and the Pro Suite.
• Ensures there is understanding & consideration for cross-dependencies of various initiatives, process changes, re-orgs, tooling changes, major product changes, and any other shifts that result in updates to employee execution in delivery
• Drives scalability, standardization, and accountability for executing changes in alignment with OKRs and primary business objectives of UKG
• Partner with Employee Experience groups to drive successful piloting of new processes, tools, and product updates as required
• Leverage data, defined business objectives, cross functional collaboration, real time business needs and gap analysis to identify on-going needs and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and communicate project status, success metrics and business impact for the benefit of stakeholders and GSO leadership.
• Cross-functional partner to multiple groups across Services to facilitate the documentation of processes, including into Project Map.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Prior project management experience.
• Knowledge of SaaS software and technology trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-starter who is willing to work with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to influence and motivate teams and leaders across the enterprise
• Able to see the “big picture” and to prioritize accordingly
• Capable of finding innovative ways to solve problems
• Experience within professional services firms, specifically transformation projects is desirable
• Familiarity and experience with Smartsheets and/or Power BI is preferred
• Certifications in Program (PgMP) and/or Project Management (PMP) is desirable
• Knowledge of UKG Methodology, processes and best practices, prior UKG and/or Global implementation experience preferred.
• Flexibility to travel as needed up to 25%
