Description & Qualifications

At Ultimate Kronos Group, our customers expect us to deliver simple, reliable workforce solutions that streamline their day and help them work smarter. We’ve been in the business of helping organizations make the most of their people for a long time, and we’ve got a lot of expertise and insight to share.

Thanks to continued growth, a new Products Operations team has been created to support, serve, and actively participate in the growth and success of our UKG software applications. This is a great opportunity to use your collaboration and organizational skills, to help establish and own a varied set of important responsibilities that will make a difference.

This position can be seen as a Swiss army type of product/project management role where the customers are our fellow UKG product teams - helping to establish/follow best practices and processes, taking a stakeholder approach.

In support of our culture, we will be adopting a hybrid working model this year that mixes the flexibility of working part on site and part from home each week. This role can be connected to UKG offices in Lowell MA, or Weston FL.

Needed skills, knowledge and abilities include:
• Managing a set of programs supporting the Product Management organization, including new hire onboarding and education, process improvement and standardization, and voice of the customer.
• Provide ongoing status updates on programs, influence stakeholders to resolve conflict, escalate challenges and roadblocks to leadership.
• Ideal skillset includes project management, product management, process improvement, and business data analysis.
• Works well cross functionally and as an impartial participant that can help drive consistency, standards, and best practices.

• A college degree or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of professional experience in a related position. A background in Project Management or Product Operations would allow this individual to hit the ground running.
• Proven skills with Microsoft Office and SharePoint; knowledge/familiarity with Jira, Aha!, and PowerBI would be a plus.
