The BSA intern would work closely with each of the functional areas of the overall ESM teams: Service Operational Management, Platform Administration and Governance, and Platform Development.

Support tasks:
• Support Queue Management – Incident and catalog tasks (Assignment groups: IT Service Operations Management and Enterprise Service Management groups
• Documentation support for build out of ServiceNow admin knowledge articles

Analysis tasks:
• Assist with additional manual testing (KTLO work)
• Shadowing BAs on demand requirement sessions, documentation of requirements using defined templates
• Test case review/updates

Development tasks:
• For simple workflow catalog requests, document technical approach and configure request form and workflow. (*training and oversight given for technical approach and adherence to standards)

Assistance with Portfolio projects:
• Virtual Agent user testing
• Instance release upgrade – assist with regression testing

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent working towards an associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or related field
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision

*Must be in Lowell, Massachusetts, Weston, Florida, or Alpharetta, Georgia or within a commutable distance to one of these locations*
