Description & Qualifications


UKG is looking for a self-driven Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to support the Professional Services organization’s tools and processes. As a Business Systems Analyst on the Global Services Operations team, you will be an essential member of an agile team, responsible for the delivery of functionality to support usage by both internal and external customers.

You will be accountable for researching, analyzing, and documenting clear and actionable business requirements in a way that they can be distributed across one or more development teams, to incrementally deliver desired functionality within Salesforce focused on user experience and enhancements.

Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of the delivery/introduction of feature enhancements and new capabilities with focus on the Salesforce platform
• Serve as an SME for Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and solutions
• Analyze business problems and provide short- and long-term solutions to stakeholders/users
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements along with performing estimation of solutions
• Research & refine functional requirements, communicating directly with customers in collaboration with Product and Development Managers
• Lead the creation of designs with Practice Directors and Stakeholder input and collaborate on detailed functional designs
• Write user stories and test scenarios for system changes to help guide UAT sessions
• Write detailed release notes with background of changes (why) and steps for using the new functionality if applicable
• Understand and triage customer issues, defects, enhancement requests and backlog items conducting any necessary technical research or team collaboration and prioritizing appropriately
• Create materials (presentations, demos) to help train additional teams on new functionality
• Communicate with multiple stakeholders and synthesize multiple inputs.
• Validate proposed value with stakeholders using research, prototypes, and designs
• Manage multiple iterations of requirements, keep track of the rationale for changes and ensure stakeholder approval
• Coordinate and plan meetings to gather requirements, propose solutions, distribute to development teams and UAT sessions


• Strong analytical skills to understand business requirements and decompose into more granular level requirements
• Experience with SFDC/Community Cloud offerings including CMS, Knowledge, Experience Manager, customer branding and custom business processes within communities.
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment to solve business problems
• Effective communication skills; listening, written and verbal; ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Think imaginatively and intuitively while quickly grasping and synthesizing new ideas
• Ability to see "big picture" and to prioritize
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• BA or BS degree or equivalent practical experience (understanding of Salesforce administration required, this is non-Admin/Admin hands-off role)
• Salesforce Experience Cloud Certification (Preferred)
• Excellent grasp of Community Cloud functionality and best practices

Colorado Pay Law

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $94,100-$135,200, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
