Be a part of a growing innovative SaaS organization providing Human Capital Management & Labor Management software solutions to global customers. The candidate will be responsible for leading and driving technical programs and projects related to the development, deployment, management and on-going optimizations of public cloud-based software solutions. The candidate will work closely with varying teams and roles in a highly collaborative environment ranging from Developers to Architects to Executive Leadership to drive delivery of projects. This is a unique and demanding role along with being a part of a great company.
Responsibilities

• Lead by example and skill to problem solve while bringing structure to complex issues and problems. Effectively identify Risks and strategies to mitigate them and communicate throughout the organization
• Develop technical requirements, objectives and schedules to manage project delivery on time and within budget.
• Work efficiently with counterparts in Cloud Delivery, Engineering, QA, Product management, Architecture and stakeholders to ensure all requirements from a business perspective are aligned.
• Help create wildly successful customers by focusing on delivering outstanding results.
• Be an excellent communicator. Communicate clearly and concisely, listen to others, be honest and create dialog.
• Drive Global PMO best practices and improvements, facilitate retrospectives to foster continuous improvement. View the business from a “Glass Half Empty” perspective to intensely focus on how we can operate more efficiently.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience. PMP, PgMP, PMI or Agile/Scrum Master certification a plus.
• Good to excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies and how they work
• Hands on implementation of Cloud/SaaS projects or projects completed on cloud platforms like Google, AWS or Azure. (Google experience a plus)
• 10+ years of program management experience in Cloud Infrastructure, SaaS and software development or equivalent technologies
• Proven record of delivering projects and programs from initiation through implementation.
• Technical knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, Tools and Automation
• Expert in project and program management best practices
• Strong understanding of software and infrastructure development life cycle, including cross-functional support activities
• Ability to influence across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive results. Prior experience working with geographically distributed teams and offshore partners a plus
