Description & Qualifications


Our growing cloud business is driving our need to expand our product team in the area of commercial aspects of UKG workforce management products. In this role you will determine new product requirements for UKG cloud offerings and address contractual needs on existing products. Additionally, this role will require market research to inform the product roadmap, a close collaboration with our cloud teams, and direct customer interaction to ensure our continued growth.

Scope and Accountability:
o Interface with UKG contract teams and senior level customer contacts to address contractual objections with workforce management products.
o Guide other product managers through the commercialization process of bringing new workforce management products and features to market.
o Analyze data from the market, our customers, and prospects to inform the product roadmap
o Build strong cross-functional partnerships at multiple levels within the company, including with engineering, marketing, sales, and services.
o Perform product management activities according to best practices.

We are 'returning to each other' later this year, and will be adopting a hybrid working model of 2-3 days in the Lowell office, the balance from home.


o Bachelors' degree and 3-5+ years of software industry experience. Previous workforce management experience is not required. An MBA would be a plus
o Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

o Experience with pricing software products and cost accounting desired
o Experience with the enterprise software contracting process including public sector desired
o Experience with security and privacy obligations for software offered globally (GDPR etc.) desired
o Ability to work collaboratively across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive to results.
o Excellent communication skills, ability to artfully deliver messages to all levels of the organization and customers.
o Strong analytical and technical background desired. Not necessary to be currently in a technical role.
o Pragmatic Marketing certification desired
