Come and join our team as we build our strategy to inform, engage, and connect our Global Finance and Operations U Krewers! The Communications & Enablement team develops and executes programs that support our Chief Financial Officer, his leadership team, and our global team of nearly 500 U Krewers. In this pivotal role you'll partner with your teammates and internal customers to ensure the GFO team has the tools and information necessary to get the job done, build and enrich our people-centric culture, and offer solutions for connection between U Krewers and with leaders.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support the execution of communications strategies and tactics that support planned Global Finance projects as well as create proactive campaigns that help employees understand our business, goals, and strategy.

Triage, track, and own ad hoc inbound communications requests and activities

Collaborate with project sponsors, project managers, and other team members to assess risk, determine user impact, provide counsel on the best ways to deliver employee messages.

Contribute to the strategy, and manage the execution, of the Finance Resource Center and UKG Today pages

Support development and distribution of messaging and multimedia content (e.g., written communications, infographics, web pages, videos, and more) for various internal communication channels (email, intranet, Finance Resource Center, etc.)

Collaborate with the rest of the team to keep employee-facing Global Finance communications assets and resources up to date (intranet pages / content, links, knowledge articles, etc.)

Help educate new employees about Global Finance / teams / systems, standard tools, best practices, global support, and much more by facilitating parts of our new hire orientation program

Assist in conducting communications audits and recommending/implementing analytical tools to measure communication effectiveness

Participate in creating, facilitating and communicating all volunteer and Finance Fun Team events

Help keep all Global Finance and team communications channels and resources up to date (SharePoint sites, UKG Today Finance page, etc.)

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail

Familiarity with or ability to learn graphic design programs such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, and message distribution tools such as Staffbase.

Able to apply existing procedures and theoretical knowledge to solve routine or standard problems

Highly personable with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and ability to work well across internal teams and cultures

Tactician who possesses the knowledge and confidence to present communication recommendations to the Manager and Sr. Manager of Global Finance Communications & Enablement as well as other stakeholders across the business

Results-driven with proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Bachelor’s degree and/or three years’ equivalent work experience
