UKG is looking for a talented individual eager to help us expand and evolve our Corporate Compliance and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) programs. In this role, you will manage and support business-critical work across a range of topics that will broaden your skills as you help advance the overall program goals. Essential Functions
In this role, you will work with the UKG Compliance and ESG Teams as they manage, execute, and support an expanding list of programs, projects, and activities, including:
• Project management of strategic compliance and ESG initiatives, including working with stakeholders to implement tracking tools that facilitate data collection and metrics reporting, and managing projects associated with UKG’s internal and external compliance and ESG websites
• Project management in connection with UKG’s regulatory, compliance, and ESG certification, audit, and RFP requirements, including stakeholder coordination, document collection, and submission preparation
• Project management of UKG’s compliance training and corporate policy programs, including material development (training content and videos) and updates, stakeholder coordination, translations, deployment, tracking, and metrics
• Project management of compliance and ESG awareness initiatives, including working with employee communications to publish user-friendly content designed to educate stakeholders

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• 2-5 years proven project management experience
• A creative background or skills are not required, but are considered a plus—we are looking for compelling, user-friendly ways to communicate with stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with developing, gathering, and implementing data analytics is a bonus
• Experience with supporting compliance and/or ESG programs preferred but not required
• Intermediate PC skills with MS office (including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams), ServiceNow, and Smartsheets; ability to master new technology tools as needed
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to work effectively with minimal direction for feedback but aware enough to know when to ask for direction
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals
