Following your initial training, you will be given the opportunity to implement solutions to help companies realise the value of their most strategic asset — their workforce.

Responsibilities include:
• Follow our Paragon implementation methodology to deliver Workforce Central and Workforce Dimensions to customers
• Assisting the customer with information gathering, testing, understanding the solution and Go-live support (application orientation) during handover of the system
• Consulting customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures
• Effective communication with customers in a timely, professional manner to ensure delivery success and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:
• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Business related field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A solid awareness of operating Systems, software applications and communication protocols
• Willingness to travel within the UK, Europe and the Rest of The World to customer sites
• Additional European languages would be a benefit
