UKG is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support our growing Finance team.
As a key contributor, you will be responsible for the oversight and reporting for data, metrics and analysis while monitoring the results and ensure they drive results.

Working closely with the Services organization, you will interact with key stakeholders in order to ensure costs of the Services organization are accurately assessed.

A background in project and cloud operations would be ideal.
Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to assess cost structures pertaining to Customer Care, Customer Success, Integration, Professional services.

- Develop and maintain cost mapping to accurately reflect current business utilization
- Understand and forecast incremental costs to support operations growth
- Understand and Explain Actual vs Forecast variations
- Coordinate with Accounting to maintain accurate mapping of costs
- Create and collaborate on ad-hoc metrics by assessing and conveying the financial impact of business projects and initiatives
- Advocate internal process improvements, best practices and seek business efficiency savings where possible

Qualifications

• Organizational and analytical skills to understand business requirements
• Ability and willingness to perform hands-on analysis as needed
• Effective communication skills; listening, written and verbal; ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced MSExcel functions) or related software
