The Contract Administrator works within our Customer Renewals team ensuring accurate and efficient administration and reporting on customer contracts.
This position will suit someone who is process driven with high attention to detail and able to learn quickly.

Reporting to the Customer Renewals Manager this position is based in our Macquarie Park head office with the capability to work flexibly from home as well. #LI-Hybrid

Your Responsibilities
• Ensuring all maintenance transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and quickly for monthly revenue recognition and invoicing schedule.
• Contracts are reviewed, reconciled and submitted in a timely manner, ensuring contract accurately reflects customer data, sales credits, all products to be covered, correct versions, coverage dates, consolidations, etc.
• Monitoring daily report to identify new/add on orders for contract/billing set-up. Ensuring billing schedules are accurate and invoicing generated in a timely manner.
• Support the implementation of upgrades and testing to the various financial systems.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing field questions/issues from other departments regarding customer support, hosted or SAAS contracts.
• Resolve issues or escalate as appropriate including:
- Quote generation
- Issue/question on Support contract (i.e. product, pricing, coverage dates, etc…)
- Upgrade/Contract information
- Reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Customer service experience within a technical environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Working knowledge of maintenance contracts a plus and experience working with service organizations.
• Computer software skills preferred: Oracle, SalesForce and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
