Job Summary:
The Corporate Treasury Analyst is responsible for global cash management, wire and ACH processing, cash positioning and short-term forecasting, treasury operations, performing investments, borrowing, bank account management and administration, intercompany settlements, global FX and bank fee management.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for global operational cash management functions, to include timely processing of various ACH, wire and investment transactions across multiple entities globally
• Perform daily cash positioning, short-term forecasting, initiation of overnight investments, monitoring of revolver balances while staying abreast of the expected future outflows and inflows of cash. Take appropriate actions needed to ensure that the accounts are fully funded
• Manage daily cash flow by maintaining adequate liquidity and investing any short-term excess cash across all accounts end entities and/or recommend borrowing from the revolving line of credit as needed
• Monitor and report global daily cash balances to management
• Serve as Bank Administrator to initiate user access changes in various online bank portals
• Analyze monthly bank account analysis fees for service pricing reasonableness and accuracy, identify trends and negotiate fee reductions with banks
• Resolve all Positive Pay exceptions, ACH Fraud Filter, ACH return and NOC notifications, stop payment requests
• Work with the banks and/or other departments to research and resolve complex issues
• Maintain positive relationships with various financial institutions, investment banks and lenders
• Support the global intercompany loan and settlement process. Ensure optimal FX rates for trades booked with the banks
• Open, close bank accounts and add appropriate services as directed
• Serve as administrator for Kyriba TMS to support setup and mapping of new accounts and implementation of new modules in coordination with the banks
• Ensure compliance with established internal controls, policies and procedures leveraging Treasury best practices
• Responsible for supporting audit or bank compliance requests as needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Accounting, Finance and/or Banking
• Experience performing various global treasury operations, cash management and accounting functions to include wires, ACHs, cash positioning, cash forecasting, bank balance reporting, and bank fee analysis and bank connectivity
• Experience with online banking platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail, accuracy, organization and tight deadlines
• Possess analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Solid ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible team-player with ability to work cooperatively with other departments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Treasury Management System (TMS) experience is a plus
• ERP system experience is a plus
