Description

The main goal of this position is to drive business performance through the creation, development and amplification of compelling customer references and case studies (video, written, blogs, vlogs), and to publish these via websites, events, online and social media. At UKG, our customer relationship programme is called the “Insiders programme”. The Insiders reference programme for EMEA will be owned, developed, and managed in line with our corporate counterparts in the US where appropriate.

This alternance will grow your skills towards:

• Identifying and developing customer case studies, videos and other customer-based assets and to work with the relevant marketing programme managers and PR manager to promote them
• Owning the Customer Advocacy program (Insiders) across EMEA including recruitment and onboarding of new Insiders as well as reporting and creating presentations on the programme approaches and results
• Managing an engagement programme of events and gifting campaign as well as measurement and optimization of the programme on a regular and ongoing basis
• Owning, managing and developing the Customer Reference Programme, delivering timely access to Insiders in order to enable sales associates to develop opportunities and support marketing/PR activities such as customer speakers for events, quotes for campaigns, media opportunities
• Extending and/or aligning existing Customer Marketing programs across the EMEA region between the 2 business lines (Workforce Management and HR Service Delivery)
• Providing guidance to sales associates on how best to leverage the Insiders programme, citing internal and external examples of best practice to drive greater adoption of the programme
• Collaborating across functions and silos to deliver an effective customer advocacy strategy and to meet business needs, such as growing the programme and adding impact as well as communicating successes, target customers and progress.
• Managing the EMEA customer data within the Customer Reference Exchange (CRE), ensuring that it is up to date with the latest Insiders information, sales associates are familiar with how to use the system to meet their needs as well as liaising with the US counterparts to ensure alignment and best practices

Qualifications

• You will be fluent in English, having an additional European language is a plus (French, German or Dutch)
• Have excellent communication skills to engage with customers and internal stakeholders (Sales Executive, Customer Success Managers)
