As a Customer Marketing Program Manager, you will be focused on developing content, programs, and communications that ensure our customers are getting the full value from their solutions throughout their lifecycle journey. You understand the importance of delivering great experiences and know how to influence customers to grow their adoption of products. You can enthusiastically champion UKG customers and work cross-functionally to create customer value and innovative enhancements to the overall customer experience.


About the Role:
The ideal candidate is a passionate customer advocate who can work collaboratively with others to generate ideas, manage the planning process, and distribution of a wide range of customer-focused information in a variety of channels. You’ll work closely with various groups and all levels of the organization, including global delivery services, product marketing, customer relationship management, customer success (support), customer education and marketing operations to develop the strategy and drive execution of programs that influence product adoption and retention.

Core Responsibilities
• Create connections with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their needs by persona throughout their product lifecycle
• Create impactful, engaging, and personalized content and programs from that include vision and strategy to success metrics, mapping to the customer journey, and then launching and maintaining
• Ability to maintain a “big picture view” with the ability to quickly comprehend and develop program plans and execute them
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to make recommendations that positively impact how we engage with customers and drive adoption

Qualifications

About You:
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of B2B/B2C SaaS marketing experience
• Experience creating marketing programs and/or program management
• Create content in all forms
• Salesforce or other CRM (Marketo, Gainsight or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:
• BA/BS Marketing degree or relevant experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, customer success
• Marketing Experience in HR, payroll, or workforce management product experience
• Broad technology awareness balanced with an intellectual curiosity for new concepts
• Oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail and focus on quality output
• Strat-actical thinker with the ability to fully understand the strategy needed to be successful and tactically engage in behaviors that achieve success
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task, set and manage expectations, and deliver results
• Analytical ability
• Thrives in change and ambiguity
