This position works as part of the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) department, which is responsible for management of cyber risk across the enterprise.  The role offers the opportunity to be engaged in all facets of risk management including security, privacy, and risk management, and security and compliance program development.  As a member of the department, the individual will be committed to compliance and risk management and its role in the company's continued success.  The Cyber Risk Analyst is a highly visible role that interfaces with key stakeholders in the organization. The position demands an organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work and support multiple initiatives simultaneously; strong communication and customer focus is required.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:  

• Execute work assignments with process/control owners 
• Work with control owners, review, and collect required evidence as needed to meet compliance requirements 
• Assist in designing, testing, and monitoring controls.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new and evolving technologies, frameworks, and certification programs 
• Support the development, implementation, and updating of relevant documentation (e.g.  narratives, process flows, data diagrams, policies, standards, etc.) 
• Assist in executing risk management activities such as stakeholder interviews, risk assessment, survey data collection, reporting, remediation follow up 
• Identify potential risks to the enterprise based on existing risk methodology
• Collaborate with control owners and other stakeholders in tracking the remediation of non-conformities 
• Communicate progress, escalations, and issues to the management on a timely basis 
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management


• 1 - 2  years of work experience in risk management and/or related functions (such as IT audit or IT Risk Management)
• Working experience with relevant standards such as ISO, ITIL, COSO, COBIT, NIST, SOC, etc.
• Experience with Risk Management frameworks 
• Strong business acumen to include strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Relevant certifications preferred 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or related fields
