Are you looking for a new challenge as a project manager helping us design, build and implement a new reporting structure that will allow everyone in the marketing team to have an easy access to reliable data?
As a Data Analysis Project Manager you will be collaborating with all departments across the marketing team to gather requirements and design solutions that work for everyone. We’re offering you the chance to be part of a group of enthusiastic, supportive and multi-skilled professionals.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

• Audit and automate monthly/quarterly/yearly reports and support regional activities
• Develop new dashboards on PowerBI/Salesforce Lightning and provide business intelligence on Marketing/Sales (conversion rates, deal duration, average deal size…)
• Identify and implement new functionalities (add-ons or new tools) and manage lists and licenses.
• Manage relationship with database providers and provide in-depth market analysis for the Marketing team for specific markets across EMEA.

Qualifications

• A project management background and experience in using business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Ideally worked with HCM and/or Workforce Management technologies before.
• High levels of creativity and problem-solving skills that focuses on providing answers to difficult questions.
• Fluency in English and a second European language (ideally French or German)
