This is a technical and customer-facing role, which will allow you to grow your career in multiple dimensions. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference at UKG and with our customers. Our team is a small group of enthusiastic, supportive, and innovative high performers.
Hybrid (part office, part home) work is available.

• Consult with customers to optimize their existing processes using analytics, and predictive capabilities.
• Analyze customer data to strengthen use of our product
• Creatively apply new areas of workforce and HR effectiveness to improve a customer’s business.
• Communicate findings effectively and persuasively, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work with many diverse departments throughout UKG to develop marketing collateral based around statistical analyses and insight.
• Work both independently and cooperatively
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining organization and prioritization.


• Minimum 1 year experience SQL and data wrangling skills
• Demonstrated rigorous and logical thinking, such as an undergraduate degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, operations research, or another technical field
• Strong communication and client management skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of statistics and analytical methods
• Programming experience. Python or R is preferred
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, Cognos, Data Studio, MicroStrategy, Looker etc.) is preferred
