About the Role:
UKG is looking to hire a Deal Pursuit and Proposal Specialist to support our global sales team with a dedicated focus on international payroll. This is a multi-faceted and fast-paced role that requires collaboration across the One View business unit.
As a critical member of our dynamic team, you will play an important role in driving our growth by supporting the entire proposal and bid development process. This involves overseeing everything from initial sales intake to post-proposal submission. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic writing and messaging support to effectively communicate our unique differentiation and compelling win themes.
As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of our company. You will be responsible for articulating technical content into benefits-based summaries, ensuring consistent reflection of our win themes throughout all client communications and deliverables, and suggesting creative ideas that enhance our win strategy and ability to differentiate.

Collaborating closely with the Leadership, Marketing, and colleagues, you will support the entire commercial team in achieving success. Your role will also involve learning our One View technology and staying updated with its software release cycle, enabling you to communicate our unique differentiators.

As an expert in your role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in all pursuit deliverables, ultimately resulting in successful client acquisition. You will also provide guidance and structure to the extended pursuit team, acting as the 'glue' that keeps everyone focused and aligned.

Your role will be critical in supporting a structured sales approach and proposal development, creating, and articulating compelling client offers across scope, solution, price, and terms. Your contribution will be highly valued and will enable us to achieve our growth ambitions.

What You Need
• Education: Qualification in business, marketing, or related discipline.
• Experience: Solid experience working in a sales environment supporting enterprise SaaS deals; an HR/Payroll Technology background is an advantage, and a software background is essential.
• Must have communications and proposal writing experience
• International: global experience in B2B multinational is desirable.
• Flexibility: Long or flexible hours may be required due to customer needs and varying time zones.
• Technology: Experience with online content management tools and Salesforce is beneficial. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
