UKG is looking for a dedicated and driven Sr. Delivery Assurance Manager who will be accountable for ensuring the successful planning, execution and reporting of product development and launch within the Experience Domain.
This will include managing dependencies within and across teams, as well as managing risks associated with feature delivery.
The role requires a person who can build strong relationships, foster collaboration between Product and Engineering teams and is highly functional in a dynamic, challenging, and technical environment. You will be responsible for ensuring all programs successfully navigate from ideation through product launch, including organizational readiness.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
• Excellent judgment, strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong detail orientation and ability to organize, both self and others
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, drive results and problem solve
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented environment
• MUST demonstrate understanding of the software development life cycle model
• Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units
• Experience leading new products, services or start-up related projects where processes need to be defined, implemented and iterated

(Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training)
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years’ experience in program or project management
• Agile and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
