Description

• The strategic alliances team is looking to add a seasoned business professional to work extensively within the advisory / consulting marketplace. This individual is expected to build, expand and manage strong relationships on behalf of UKG with top tier firms who advise or consult organizations on their HCM/Payroll & Workforce Management technology strategy.

Activities/Background Includes:
• Track record of working in a team environment towards common goal or delivery
• Build and generate new relationships in the market and with designated consulting firms
• Drive lead generation via relationships with consulting firms to secure new sales
• Act as internal trusted advisor on consultant led opportunities

Qualifications

• 15+ years in human capital market within sales, sales leadership or consulting
• Excellent knowledge of the HCM, Payroll and WFM marketplace, market trends, competitors
• Previous enterprise HCM Sales, Sales Leadership or Alliance leadership success
• Extensive experience working with consulting firms in a strategic alliance position
• Previous experience working with Private Equity within HCM marketplace
• Ability to leverage existing relationships within consulting firms
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
• Strategic thinker / self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of team
• Clear and concise interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills with strong capability to build and deliver presentations via Microsoft/virtual technologies

(Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training)
• Human Capital, Payroll, Workforce Management (WFM) Experience
• HCM Consulting Experience
• Bachelors Degree
