Are you ready to help define the future of work within Retail & Hospitality? This Director level role collaborates with sales leadership, marketing, and partners to set a strategic vision and execute on content creation that helps our customers and prospects maximize the potential of their people.

This multi-faceted role works in harmony with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to develop and deliver content for a variety of purposes. Examples of activities would range from writing blogs and position papers, engaging with media for interviews, delivering webinars, speaking at conferences, and engaging with individual customers.

As a trusted partner to iconic brands within grocery, big box, specialty retail, hospitality, and food service verticals, this role requires relevant industry operations experience. Your resume would likely include experience managing a large store, or a management position in store operations. You have a solid understanding of forecasting and how it impacts labor. Balancing costs, customer service and employee experience are second nature to you.


• 10+ Years of retail or hospitality industry experience, preferably working directly in industry
• Experience with enterprise software, preferably within the HCM or WFM space
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Capable of thriving in highly collaborative and cross functional settings. Sometimes taking the lead, sometimes following a leader
• High levels of creativity and problem-solving skills that focuses on providing answers to difficult questions
• The ability to understand how software can generate ROI for our customers
• The ability to map product features to industry challenges, creating a solution.
• Bachelor’s degree plus life experiences that have developed critical thinking skills.
