The Director of Integration, EMEA is responsible for providing integration leadership specific to the vision, methodology and ultimate success of all integration delivery in the region. The position leads all aspects of Professional Service integration including overseeing the resource requirements and execution of customer project engagements, financial performance, customer satisfaction, operational excellence (quality), creating partnerships with UKG sales and corporate departments and ultimately, ensuring the balanced success of UKG integration within EMEA.

Role Requirements:
• Mature global integration strategies and deployment models to meet the ongoing delivery needs of the UKG solutions and time to value initiatives
• Hire and develop team members to support the business volume and ensure the team is fully versed in executing engagements in compliance with UKG defined methodology
• Ensure that all engagements are planned and executed consistent with defined “best practices” remaining customer focused
• Effectively balance team resources given employee load, expertise, complexity and market demands
• Build and leverage critical partnerships to further regional specific integration methods and tools with product management, engineering, and support
• Build relationships and serve well the delivery teams across all regions including North & South America, Asia, and Europe
• Continually monitor all engagements to ensure that proposed and delivered integration solutions are managed effectively and efficiently, as measured by project metrics and customer reference ability
• Partner with, and act as the point of contact for, the UKG Sales organization and Services teams for integration needs during sales pursuits
• Ensure that identified team metrics, example utilization goals, are met or exceeded for the team
• Ensure that identified operational metrics are achieved or exceeded as the basis for measuring operational excellence
• Provide monthly forecast input with an emphasis on predictability, demonstrating control of the resources
• Ensure that all employees understand business objectives, expectations, and measurement criteria for their respective positions
• Provide ongoing and timely feedback to Employees relative to performance and be prepared to manage necessary turnover when needed. Ensure key team success through effective motivational methods
• Contribute to the improved efficiency of the Sales/Pre-Sales function by participating in the development and deployment of appropriate services sales tools/template
• Participate in, or lead, corporate and/or team focused projects and initiatives specific to EMEA or on behalf of the global integration team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent background or experience; Related Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of an integration background;examples include demonstrable knowledge of integration platform as a services tools, like Dell Boomi, SAP CPI, etc.
• 10+ years of proven experience leading a Professional Services team preferably within Workforce Management / Cloud-based Solutions environment
• Experience working in a global setting preferred.
• Experience with web service APIs (Apache Axis, SOAP, REST, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and customer facing experience at all levels including the C-Level
• Experience in communicating technical and project information in a business/commercial context
• Experience in driving continuous improvement and innovative ideas
• Ability to work in a team, often remotely, in a large corporate environment
• Demonstrated track record in delivering quality, on-time technology solutions
• A self-starter, who can operate successfully in this dynamic and fast-moving corporate environment
• Fluent in English s required; multi language for the region is preferred.
• Prepared to travel up to 25%
