Description & Qualifications


The Strategic Alliances team is looking to add a seasoned business professional to work extensively within the Private Equity marketplace.

This individual is expected to build, expand, and manage strong relationships on behalf of UKG with top tier Private Equity firms, Operating partners and their portfolio clients

Activities/Background Include:

•Track record of working in a team environment towards common goal or delivery
•Build and generate new relationships in the market and with designated Private Equity firms
•Drive lead generation via relationships with private equity firms to secure new sales and assist in renewal strategies with existing PE customers
•Act as internal trusted advisor on private equity led opportunities


-5+ years in human capital market within sales, sales leadership or consulting
-5+ years of sales engagements working within the private equity / venture capital markets
-Excellent knowledge of the HCM, Payroll and WFM marketplace, market trends, competitors
-Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
-Strategic thinker / self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of team
-Clear and concise interpersonal communication skills
-Excellent presentation skills with strong capability to build and deliver presentations via Microsoft/virtual technologies
-Experience working with consulting firms

(Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training)
-Human Capital, Payroll, Workforce Management (WFM) Experience
-Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Business Preferred)

Colorado Pay Law

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $130,000 to $175,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
