We are looking for a Web Development (Drupal) Manager to inspire and lead the IT-Marketing web development team. The responsibilities of the dev manager include overseeing a project from conception to implementation, designing and developing web architecture, and providing guidance on technical issues. This position reports to the IT-Marketing, global web services director.

• Oversee and lead all development efforts for the UKG’s global public web sites
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to members of the IT-Marketing web development team
• Serve as primary technical advisor to management and cross functional teams to provide programming perspective on requirements
• Establish and manage effective quality control processes and coding standards for the development team
• Along with the IT-Marketing, global web services director monitor development team utilization and effectiveness
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in web technologies
• Prioritize projects in accordance with organizational objectives
• Work with colleagues and extended team to build and refine functionality for web sites
• Manage and enhance DevOps processes


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience as a web developer.
• 4+ years of experience in Drupal full stack development (Git, Composer, theming, site building and module development).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Modern JavaScript Frameworks (JQuery, ECMAScript, Node.js, JSON, Ajax, Gulp, Webpack), package management(NPM, YARN), XML, SQL, REST, SASS, LESS, Babel.
• Proficient with MYSQL and MS SQL databases
• Previous C# .NET development experience is preferred
• 2+ years experience as manager or technical lead.
• Strong knowledge of web & server architectures. Apache and Linux, IIS and Microsoft a plus
• Familiarity with Acquia tools and solutions (Acquia Cloud, Pipelines, Lightning, CDN)
• Familiarity with web security best practices
• Excellent knowledge of web development disciplines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
