Description

The UKG Global Benefits team is looking for a Global Benefit Specialist - EMEA with a passion for helping others, providing a high level of customer service, attention to detail and continuous drive to learn. In this role you will focus on maintaining a positive relationship with the business, vendors, other HR team members and the employees, primarily supporting our employees in the EMEA region. To succeed in this role, we want someone that strives toward best in class results specific to employee experience & satisfaction, operational efficiency, vendor management and ongoing service level performance.

Responsibilities:
• Administer global benefit programs for employees which may include health, prescription, dental, wellness, disability, life, retirement plans and other voluntary offerings
• Work with outsourced administrators and internal departments to maximize plan performance and the employee experience, as well as continually improve processes
• Assist employees with escalated questions regarding benefit issues
• Partner with the Benefit Team members to design, rollout and administer all benefit plan offerings
• Participate in benefits surveys and benchmarking
• Track and identify trends in benefit program data to assist in making recommendations to management
• Document and maintain administrative procedures for benefit processes
• Stay current with proposed legislation and look for applicability within existing programs
• Ensures necessary plan documents are in place and government-mandated disclosures, e.g. summary documents, are timely and correctly distributed to eligible employees.
• Project participation and perform related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• At least 5 years of employee benefit experience in EMEA
• 2+ years of experience administering global benefit programs, strongly preferred.
• General knowledge of EMEA employment laws is preferred
• Proficiency in Windows based applications, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
