The Business Data and Analytic Operation’s (BDAO) team mission is to help UKG deliver exceptional customer experiences & accelerate revenue growth, with valuable insights and critical foundational data. UKG 1 is the foundation that unifies how UKG operates by delivering a fully integrated end-to-end solution that enables Ukrewers to efficiently and consistently attract, service and support UKG’s customers.

As an Enablement Analyst on the BDAO team, your focus will be on the User Acceptance Testing Workstream for UKG1. You will be working cross-functionally with the Operational Readiness Team, with Business Stakeholders and IT to enables the successful delivery of User Acceptance Testing for all UKG1 programs.

Responsibilities
Administration of Testing Tools
• Perform Admin function for UAT Tools like Smartsheet and MS Team that enable testers to document and capture outcomes during testing. This includes:
o Initial set up of MS Teams Channel including Smartsheet and PowerBI integration
o User Access to both Teams and Smartsheet
o Ability to troubleshoot access and usability issues
o Follow onboarding checklists
o Ensure users are following processes designed for access and usability
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot data (Smartsheet) or calculation (Power BI) issues associated with reporting
• Ability to provide report requirements to an analyst to create a PowerBI dashboard.
• Ability to build PowerBI dashboards is a nice to have but not required.

Develop Tester Onboarding Collateral
• Build training decks that support full tester onboarding for areas such as UAT methodology, Smartsheet training, test scenario writing, change request process and defect management.

Coaching and Training
• Provide functional overview of how the tools are configured to support UAT to the users and how each UAT role will interact with the systems provided.
• Deliver training sessions from collateral developed as needed
• Provide support in real time to users who have questions about the UKG1 UAT MS Teams channel, Smartsheet use or access, and PowerBI access or usability.

Coordination and Facilitation
• You will provide support to the project team to ensure efficient and effective project delivery. Activities will include, but are not limited to:
o Support virtual and in-person events/workshop sessions
o Schedule meetings and take effective meeting notes with clear actions and owners
o Assist with tracking progress of key milestones, updating project documentation, and communicating progress to the project team that ensures our UAT schedule is on track
• Other coordination and facilitation activities as assigned

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a corporate environment
• 1+ years of project/program management experience
• Demonstrated experience working with cross functional stakeholders
• BA/BS Degree preferred
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational & time management and the ability to work in fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to create and manage MS Teams Channels
• Admin level understanding of Smartsheet
• Strict attention to detail & process oriented
• Curious, engaged and has a growth mindset
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing Best Practices (preferred, not required)
