About the role:

Your mission is to drive the entire sales strategy and revenue growth within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include selling new logo business across an enterprise customer base (circa 10,000 + employees) with the support of internal teams. We are seeking an experienced enterprise sales executive who is hungry for a new challenge, who can drive business objectives through management and growth of their assigned territory accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to successfully sell enterprise software solutions to senior executives, having ideally sold SaaS solutions in one of the following areas: payroll, HRIS, onboarding, talent management, performance management or certification/digital identity solutions to HR, IT or HRIS managers.

Responsibilities:

• Drive complex, enterprise-wide sales cycles to C-level stakeholders through strategic value-led engagements
• Developing and communicating effective business plans for key customers to establish UKG as a strategic partner for life and creating highly referenceable customers.
• Securing new business opportunities through a multi-channel approach
• Establishing growth opportunities through self-generated activities, conversion of leads and participation in sales and marketing campaigns and events.
• Building business focused Executive level relationships, demonstrating clear understanding of industry issues and the business goals, needs and potential solutions for individual accounts.
• Conduct virtual and live presentations around the UKG HR Service Delivery platform.

Qualifications

About You:

• Proven and successful experience in driving new business sales to an executive level
• Experience in fast growing, venture-backed companies would be advantageous
• Proven successful sales track-record of outstanding performance
• Works through network and search, you will have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present a clear business case
• Comfortable talking to VP & C level executives
• Fluency in French and English communication will be essential in this role
