Client-focused, highly energetic, and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive Relationship Manager (ERM) for our Enterprise customers.

The Executive Relationship Management Team strives to develop trusted advisor relationships with our clients by helping them maximize the value of our solutions.
The primary drivers of an Executive Relationship Manager are reference-ability and retention. The ERM takes a lead role in the planning, managing, and measuring the ongoing success of our installed client base.

We engage our clients with proactive value-added service and care as we continue to expand our solution and our footprint in ANZ.

In this role you will be responsible for:

As an Executive Relationship Manager working across verticals and industries, you will work with our strategic enterprise customers, overseeing the post-sale customer relationship and support customers in achieving the full value of their UKG investment by building a deep understanding of their goals and workforce management objectives and mapping business solutions and capabilities to those goals.

Executive Relationship Managers build strong relationships with executive sponsors and key contacts within customer organizations and monitor and drive customer health and satisfaction.
• Establish strong relationships with executive sponsors and key contacts within customer organizations across Australia and New Zealand
• Build knowledge and expertise of customer organizations and their Workforce Management / Human Capital Management plans and objectives and monitor progress against those objectives on an ongoing basis
• Develop success plans that outline customer’s critical business issues and develop success metrics to measure progress and expansion
• Provide guidance in best practice and identify optimization opportunities
• Monitor and track customer health
• Collaborate internally at UKG with the customer account team including sales, support and professional services
• Provide feedback to product management and educate customers on product enhancements and roadmap
• Facilitate contacts and communication within UKG and assist in resolving issues and concerns when needed


To be successful in the role you will bring:

• Strong relationship manager with a minimum of 8 -10+ years of experience in enterprise account management or consulting services
• Ability and experience with building credibility and relationships with senior leaders in enterprise organizations
• Experience with workforce management and/or Human Capital Management or relevant functional experience highly desired
• Experience managing a large enterprise accounts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated and team oriented
• Desire and ability to negotiate and communicate with clients
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization
• Able to travel up to 25% of the time
