Description & Requirements

To support UKG growth in Western Europe, the Marketing Department is looking for a Field Marketing intern (alternant.e.) based in the Paris (France) office, reporting to the Marketing Manager for Western Europe.

Assisting the Field Marketing Associate in their mission to develop Awareness, Lead Generation, and Customer Advocacy for PeopleDoc from October 1st, 2021 to September 30th, 2022 including:

Logistics of tradeshows and meetups
Preparation of webinars with marketing partners and internal speakers (around 1 / month)
Participating in the brainstorming of the 2021/2022 field marketing plan (events & webinars)

In our team, everybody’s work has a great impact. In your daily tasks, you will work on:

Organizing online events, from set up to recruitment and follow up with the BDR team
Email Marketing: engaging our audience with impactful communications through Hubspot, in coordination with the Content team
Engaging internal experts: internal communication to promote the event
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team for promotion & lead tracking
Logistics: signage, catering, badges, registration list, animations, internal participation
Competitive intelligence: understand how you can help to make our brand stand out. Finding new places for events.

You fit the profile if:

You have a past proven experience in developing, coordinating, and managing projects (not necessarily in HR tech, nor in marketing but you have a strong interest for it)
You know how to use Hubspot and/or marketing automation platforms (in order to make sure you can nurture and engage our leads in coming to our events).
Numbers don’t scare you (you’ll have to analyze very closely the performance of your campaigns and events to make them better!)
You speak & write English

But also if you recognize yourself in those sentences:

Your friends/family often rely on you to organize parties and holidays;
You enjoy crafting experiences with and for people, whether it is to visit a new city or to present a project in class;
You feel most relaxed when your agenda for the next three months is booked up;
You are curious about people and new trends;
You enjoy tactical board games – and you’re good at it!
