UKG is seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and inspiring individual to join the Sales Operations Leadership team. The Field Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of a designated Global Sales Team by liaising with internal partners to promote operational excellence and efficiency.

• Provide operational support to the Field Sales Organization
• Work as a strategic business partner with the Sales Leadership Team for your designated vertical.
• Hire and develop all team members to support business volume and complexity
• Ensure that all employees understand business objectives, expectations, and measurement criteria for their respective positions
• Ensure the team is fully versed in preparing and executing customer contracts in compliance with UKG defined methodology and accordance with the Sales Operations Service Level Agreement
• Review Contractual Terms and Conditions, Part Numbers, Pricing, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Handle customer and field inquiries promptly
• Communicate with corporate functional areas acting as a liaison for escalations
• Meet or exceed assigned goals related to speed and accuracy of the process
• Ensure contracts are compliant with revenue recognition guidelines
• Provide ongoing feedback to ensure up-to-date procedures and best practices are maintained
• Generate and maintain reports in support of the business
• Review and submit bi-weekly payroll data for direct reports
• Think creatively and analytically to address complex business scenarios with urgency.
• Onboard new Sales Executives to work efficiently with Sales Operations
• Facilitate the development, testing, and deployment of operational best practices across all verticals
• Assist corporate education with developing and continuing education programs to ensure the growth and success of the Field Operations Team


• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience
• Innovative thinker willing to challenge the status quo and driven to make a difference
• Ability to build strategic relationships with all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Must be flexible to travel as required
• Associates degree preferred: BS/BA a plus
• Must support month-end and quarter-end close schedules
• Travel as required
