The Change Management Analyst in the Finance Initiatives Program Office is responsible for supporting the Finance organization in navigating change by helping develop and disseminate change awareness related communications and providing best-practice driven change management support for the Finance organization. The person in this role aligns with and collaborates with Finance managers, project leads and subject matter experts to develop change management plans based on change impact and ADKAR assessments. In addition, this person works with project leads and subject matter experts to develop and deliver communications to support the change management plans. This person also collaborates with other members of the Finance Initiatives Program Office to support the delivery of initiative related deliverables in the areas of training and communication. Further, this person assesses individuals on their change journey throughout the project lifecycle and helps support successful adoption of change initiatives for the Finance team.

Responsibilities:

Change Management

-Support change management planning and execution for all FIPO efforts, leveraging the PROSCI model.

-Support managers, project or process improvement leads and subject matter experts to sponsor change and develop change management plans (communications, learning, sponsor support and coaching).

-Help align project related change management actions plans with program and project management efforts.

-Develop business relationships and collaborate closely with various Finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams to meet shared goals.

-Analyze Finance’s progress through the transition to assess how the change(s) impact operations. Help Finance make adjustments to accommodate the change(s).

-Provide Finance employees and other stakeholders with tools and training to help them understand and adapt to the change(s).

-Assist Finance with follow-up work needed once the transition period is over and all changes have been fully implemented.

-Prepare and deliver presentations on elevating change success using Prosci best practices tools and assessments.


Communications

-Assist in developing materials, such as emails and articles, that communicate to employees and other stakeholders what the change(s) entail and how the change(s) will affect them.

-Develop business relationships and collaborate closely with various Finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams to meet shared communication goals.

-Measure effectiveness of related communications through periodic surveys.

-Collaborate with the global Finance communications teams, develop materials to celebrate and communicate key project or process improvement accomplishments across the Finance teams.

-Support FIPO Learning Facilitator to coordinate development and knowledge sharing sessions, store related content and provide continuous prompts for Finance to reference materials in addition to staying up to date on changes.

Metrics and Governance

-Track and assess the effectiveness of change management efforts through surveys and provide to Director Change Management to aid in the development of action plans

Qualifications

-Minimum 2-4 years business experience in the areas of Change management and/or business process

-Proven continuous improvement focus in prior roles

-Undergraduate coursework in business administration or other relevant area

-Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and collaboration applications

-Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English

-Results-focused, detail-oriented, and the ability to transform ambiguity into clarity

-Strong customer focus

-Ability to evaluate problems, challenge norms and identify and drive innovation

-Strong planning and organizing skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Desirable Requirements:

-Trained in the Prosci change management methodology

-Proficient in using Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Microsoft Teams and Zoom
