The Finance Project Coordinator will support the administration and organization of the Finance project portfolio. Leveraging an understanding of finance-centric goals and activities, the Finance Project Coordinator will work closely with other project managers, FIPO members and business teams to support communication and improve awareness on Finance initiatives. The Finance Project Coordinator will manage some business-driven initiatives, as well as the Finance-centric activities within enterprise IT projects.

The Finance Project Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:

• Project, Program, and Portfolio related reporting on the enterprise PPM (Project & Portfolio Management) platform
• Administer Finance’s use of the PPM tool and collaborate with tool owners to meet Finance’s requirements
• Communicate status of projects, programs, and portfolios to different audiences both internal and external to Finance
• Summarize status of all initiatives in portfolio-level dashboards for executive communication
• Work with multiple stakeholders across all Finance teams on initiative status and keep databases up to date
• Proactively engage Finance to prepare for upcoming projects
• Coordinate with IT to ensure enterprise system projects are properly resourced
• Partner with IT to provide greater visibility and understanding of enterprise projects to Finance.
• Collaborate with IT project and program managers and leaders as well as global business team members
• Continuously identify areas to improve communication and awareness. Develop project plans and implement.
• Escalate project, program and portfolio issues including timing, budget, resources, etc., to management team
• Identify any issues with timelines or completion of projects ahead of time and work through with internal customers
• Schedule and facilitate working sessions for team-based activities
• Develop cross-organizational business relationships and integrate project activities across teams
• Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required tasks
• Validate all documentation and deliverables are complete


• Bachelor's Degree
•Experience using PPM tools. Clarity and Smartsheet experience are a plus.
• Exceptional planning and organizing skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
• Minimum 3-5 years business experience in the areas of project administration and/or project management
• Experienced with creating, tracking, and analyzing data related to project performance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English
• Proven experience managing multiple, concurrent projects
• Demonstrated capability to work cross-functionally
• PMP and/or Agile certification is a plus
• Experience working with Finance and/or Accounting teams
• Results focused, detail oriented, and the ability to transform ambiguity into clarity
• Strong customer-focus combined with services business acumen
• Ability to evaluate problems and simplify for sharing with teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint and collaboration applications
